ISSB
When I am studying in  collage near my final exam , apply for commission in PAK NAVY  .The procedure of selection is to clear ISSB (Inter Service Selection Board) test .In this test there are physical as well as academic test collected by the candidate .In the first day academic test is collected & other three days physical test like individual obstetrical ,group tasks , command tasks. And also collect three interviews by the senior officers of Pak forces .  The candidate who clear all the test , recommended for all Pak forces .Candidate received recommended letter from there ISSB centre .
