Plight of railway:

In Pakistan, railway has been plight because of incompetency, corruption, lack of maintenance of railway engines and lack of sensible efforts.in railway vacancies are filled without merit. Due to this officers are eligible to run the affairs of railway .Instead of solving problems that take awful discussions which are not in favor of railway but in favor of corrupt officers and politicians. They causes corruption which is an also a main issue for this condition of railway. Here is an example of this corruption is railway engines was failed due to bad lubricant is used in some cases lubricant was so bad that it is hard to move a stick in it. When these type of lubricants used in it imagine what effect they made on engines obviously crank shaft of engines had to be broken. The cost of one crank shaft is about 80 lac and is made on order the least order is 12 crank shaft. Instead of repairing these engines our former minister had signed a contract with china for more engines. If you are familiar about beuocracy you know what all of it about. So in order to save railway merit based, sincere, hardworking officers have to appointed, corrupt officers have to be removed and sincere have to be done without this burden of railway and other institutions have to be support by our empty treasury.
