Today i'm here to enlightening about a kind of public transport that you guys see this transport almost everyday. I'm here to talk about "QINQI Rakshaw" . This is the 2nd most dangerous ride after bike.Most of us travelled through this transport everyday with our life in hand, without knowing that even they have license and fitness permit and some of them don't even have number plate.I have seen many underage people riding qinqi and those people how doesn't even know the traffic rule, they suddenly apply breaks ,take wide cuts and over speeding which ultimately causes accidents or bad traffic jam .Even our Government didn't take step until they became very dangerous.
Few days ago our media highlight this issue.Now we are hopeful that our government take some serious steps about this public transport so that we can travel safely...!
